Tech Effect responded within an hour of my request and came to my house to complete the project in just a couple of hours from the original conversation. This was a surprise as I have been trying to get someone to just call me never mind install this 65" HDTV for over 2 weeks. Jeff was knowledgeable about the installation but was pleasant to deal with--more like a friend. Without hesitation, I would recommend Jeff to my friends and neighbors. Jeff's fees are very reasonable. He is my new hero.

Jeff was courteous, efficient, friendly and very well qualified. I would not hesitate to have him back again and again if the need arises. His most important plus in my opinion was that he kept me updated as to when he would arrive. Many many serivce people I have had to deal with of late could learn how a service person should handle him or herself when entering into a business with the public.
