I used them for basic service. They provided me a detailed quote and gave me options. They were readily available and gave me top notch service.

The owner actually runs and operates his business so the 1:1 contact was great, the tech was extremely informative, was able to articulate himself so an everyday person could understand the repair needed and gave recommendations/suggestions. This company also has A/C units for lease and reasonable rates

The customer servicer was excellent! The explanation of the problem and the resolution was detailed yet, easy to understand. The expectation was set from the very beginning and it made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I was able to compare the customer service to a recent experience with other companies and I can truly say that Marlon is the exception.

Christmas was at my house this year and ironically it was warm outside. Unfortunately my AC went out. I called three companies and was not able to get anyone out immediately. Marlon had the quickest response and agreed to come to my home on short notice. He was out repairing my air conditioner within the hour. Marlon gave me a few options to pick from with repair recommendations and quoted me a fair price. With the AC fixed, Christmas at my house was a success.

Very Professional, Marlon was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He was the only one who supplied me with a "soft estimate" without setting an appointment. He followed up with a phone call. He didn't try to steer me to a particular brand, let me pick the one I was comfortable with. He and his installers were on time, efficient and worked cleanly without disturbing family activities. I was very happy with his demeanor and dedication to quality service, not easy to find these days. Marlon insisted on returning a week later to install a safety float switch, not really necessary but he wanted to do it. I would recommend M Services to anyone.
