When i finally recieve my report i was please with the work, but i was already turned off with Mr Terrell, 1st he was nearly a hour late... I requested his service on the tuesday before thanksgiving and advised him i know it was close to the holiday and if it would be a problem? He asurred me it would not be a problem and accepted. I was promise it would take 3 days and would recieved it on friday, it did not happen... My realtor contacted Mr Terrell on saturday and found out he was'nt in town and told her he met with me on wednesday which is not true (the check was cashed the on the same day as the apprasial- Tuesday).. Report fax on Monday
