The Ticos Way, LLC

On March 3, 2017 Sanford Molina (owner) of Tico's Way was given a check for $2850.00 as deposit for the construction of 4 closets in our home. Molina told us he estimated the job would take approximately 1 week to complete. Since that time Mr. Molina has done very little work and has provided not more than $200 worth of materials for the job. On March 15 he advised us that some changes and to be made due to unforeseen problems on the project and he needed $300 more to proceed. He was given the additional sum and now all we are left with is 3 huge holes in our wall. On numerous occasions we have tried to contact him to make arrangements to complete the project without success. He NEVER showed up when he has promised either being hours late, or not showing up at all, and he made no contact to advise us that he would not be coming. We made numerous attempt to contact him over the falling weeks to no avail. On the last attempt we sent him an email on May 31 asking when he might be able to return to the house to complete the work. He replied on June 7 saying he can return to finish the work on June 14, 15, 16 ay 8:00 AM. On June 13 I sent him a reminder email about coming to finish on June 13. He replied to that email that he will be here on June 15 & 16, not June 14 as earlier promised. On June 15 we waited the entire day and he never showed up and never contacted us. We made several attempts to contact him by telephone that day and for 2 days thereafter and never received any response. At this point we believe he never intended to complete the job and simply wanted to exact a large deposit so he could abscond with the money.

Absolutely amazing! Dedicated to make sure you are completely happy and not to just getting paid. Will be using Tico's Way for all my projects going forward.

The Tico Way LLC informed us that they had the skills and resources to get this project done. Unfortunately, neither was true. As a result of their poor work, we had to get additional contractors to complete this project. Much of the bathroom work had to be redone resulting in additional expense and time.
