The Tidy Maids

Did an excellent job. If I had remained in the area I would have hired them on a continuous basis.

I have been using Tidy Maids for over 2 years now. They come every 4 weeks, and they leave the house looking and smelling great every time. My requirements are for specific rooms on each floor of a 3500 sq ft house. Though I seldom get the same crew two times in a row, they almost always know which rooms are to be done. There is always at least one person who speaks English and the crews always seem to be happy doing their work. In a few cases I've needed a little something extra done or needed to switch the areas being done and this is never a problem. In 2 years, nothing has mysteriously disappeared, so I am very comfortable having their crews in my home. During this time, only 2 very inexpensive items were broken or damaged, and each time, they came to me to let me know it was them and offered to pay for the item. While I didn't accept either offer, the fact that they came and offered told me a lot about the culture this company has established. My only ding on them is that they will sometimes arrive much earlier than our original arrangement, but that usually has to do with a cancellation or something else unusual on their schedule. Any time I call, the folks who answer are very pleasant and easy to work with, and they will call a day in advance if they know they cannot meet the time arrangements for the next day. Their pricing is very reasonable and I have recommended them to multiple folks looking for a house cleaning service. This has been one of the best contracted services I have had in a long time.

We hired them for a month to come once a week. The first day they showed up two hours late and did not complete the job as they indicated. The second time they came they were supposed to clean a refrigerator, but refused to clean the freezer section of the refrigerator. Third time they showed up in the evening five hours late and did not communicate at all that they would be late and the office manager was unprofessional. The fourth time they showed up, they striped the sheets off the bed and then tried to make the bed with the same sheets they just stripped off...They were never the same cleaners throughout the four weeks and there were serious language barriers between the women when they showed up. They’re probably the worst, and expensive waste of time I’ve ever spent.

The cleaning team arrived at our home and set right to work. The were extremely professional and thorough. Our home sparkled when they were finished. The cleaned every nook and cranny and we were completely satisfied with the superior level of cleaning they performed. I cannot overstate how happy we are with the job they performed for us. We will continue to use this service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company who do a thorough cleaning at a very reasonable price,

Wow! My house is really clean and smells great!

Paul makes sure the business is well run. Price is competitive and business/employees are licensed, insured, bonded, perform background checks, pay W-2 wages to visa employees, perform employee training and performance reviews. No improper or unlawful corner cutting. I like the fact that equipment and materials are included. I like the fact that a 2 member team does the work, so the job gets done in less than a half a day. I like the fact that clients with pets are welcome (not vilified).

Team of two clean very thourghly. I have not had to have them go back over an area. The ladies come in and go directly to work. Their first clean they spent a lot of time doing a deep clean. I have been very happy with Tidy Maids. I appreciate that it was not a problem when I had to reschedule one time.

The two women were very professional and thorough. They were also very courteous. I was very pleased with their work and I would recommend them highly. I cancelled a relationship with another contractor and tried Tidy Maids. I am glad that I switched.

About 10% less than all the other services I called and a real person called me after a made an inquiry, which was nice. They showed up right on time, were very friendly and I can't find one spot that they missed! Very happy with the service.

I was a little apprehensive about the idea of having housekeepers come in. I have two dogs and work full time so I do not have a tremendous amount of time to clean. I typically do daily sweeping and dusting as needed, but I needed help. Tidy Maids came to my rescue. They were by far the best bargain on the market and the quality of their work did not reflect that. They quickly scheduled me and arrived promptly. The housekeepers they sent were professional and extremely thorough. They did everything I asked and more! My house was bright, clean, and fresh when they left, and it still looks great! Highly recommend them!

I have used a Tidy Maids team only once so far. They did a decent job, but left a couple of specifics undone. I will leave a note outlining the overlooked items, and give them the opportunity to do a better job.

I was late getting home for the estimate (traffic) but they waited. The crew they sent outre were on time, professional, & very good cleaners. My wife if very picky and she was impressed and thought we got a good value. Highly recommend them.

The staff was prompt, polite, and did a thorough job. Given my initial conversation with the person I scheduled service with, I am surprised I did not get a phone call back to ask if I wanted to a follow up visit.
