If you have a question or concern Rachel replies within an hour, doesn't matter weekend, morning, evening. The subcontractor, Victor was extremely detailed, competent, thoughtful, and courteous. Actually while waiting for paint to dry he fixed an electrical problem in another part of the house. When we renovate our kitchen we will call "The Tile Remodeling, LLC" for the job.

Rachel did a great job on our project. We identified that we needed to remove our backsplash before installing countertops and she was able to meet our deadlines. When we didn't know what tile we wanted, Rachel review several options until we arrived at a choice we were happy with. Finally, Rachel worked with the tile store to get a refund on several hundred dollars of broken product. I am going to recommend Rachel and her company to everyone I know.
