The Tile Guys

We hired Tony and the tile guys team in August of 2022 for a tile job on our shower. We were converting an old tub/shower combo into a stand alone shower. We removed the tub, and hired Tony to tile the floor and bottom half of the shower. 8 months later, our tenants discover the tile had been leaking and now flooded the adjoining bedroom. We attempted to contact Tony to amend the issue and take a look, and our calls and texts were completely ignored. So we contacted a new contractor to take a look, and he informs us the tile job was a complete disaster. Tony and the tile guys overall job performance, lack of quality, and complete lack of customer service led to us having to gut and replace the entire shower only 8 months after we originally hired them. Additionally, when they performed the original job, they were extremely unprofessional, constantly late, and slow on communication and transparency. Stay far away from these guys!

Tony and his crew have been nothing short of amazing! Super professional, fantastic customer service, and great work! We will be recommending them to anyone that needs tile and flooring done! Many thanks!
