The tree guy and his team did an excellent job. They are true professionals.

They responded very quickly to my request for trimming trees at my rental property where the branches were hanging down and interfering with city trash dumpster removal. Though Robert's crew did an very good job, he asked them to remove a couple of more branches that could cause future problems. They went above and beyond anyone whom I had hired in the past.

great clean up

came to do an estimate on my schedule. He gave me the price quote and I ask when he could do the job. His crew came within 2 hours (on my day off), completed the work and cleaned up all limbs and droppings .

The men who came to do the work did a good job. They trimmed two trees, a red oak and a pecan. They left a very clean work site and were fast and courteous. We will use The Tree Guy any time we need tree trimmed.

I hired Robert for this job thinking that it would be him that did the work. He was impressive and I had confidence in him. Instead it was a two man crew that showed up with Robert checking in occasionally. The were to cut two heavy, high up limbs from a large elm tree and trim the tree upward. They were also suppose to trim a couple of smaller trees from my neighbors fence leaving me some smaller trees on my side of the fence. When they cut the first limb I believe it fell and broke all of the limbs under it leaving the front of the tree empty. No limbs. No leaves. Then somehow the local utility company showed up to trim the tree away from power lines. They trim with no regard for shape or looks. So now it was a mess. When they guy started cutting the smaller tree completely away from the fence I told him that was not what Robert and I discussed. At that point he walked off the job. Robert came by and agreed that it was a mess. He offered to clean things up and not charge me. He said it would be a free job. I said, I wouldn't call this a job. While I appreciated Robert not charging me I would rather have my tree back. I don't know how to fix this without cutting down the 50+ year old tree completely. What a mess. It's awful looking in the back yard and just as awful looking from the front yard.

He did a great job. He cleaned up and I was totally satisfied.
