Jeremy responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes that evening. He was very personable and treated me with the utmost respect. His door pricing was a little better than Home Depot but far better than the bigger window and door installers in the area. However the doors are from the same manufacturers and same quality. The biggest factor for me was that they were able to deliver my double French doors in a week versus everyone else quoting 6 to 12 weeks. That was unbelievable but they did just what they said. Their installation cost was the same but I can say that when they installed our doors, they made sure the doors were set correctly. Double swing French doors are very hard to set correctly, but the did not rush the job. The entire time they explained what they were doing and why. An excellent small business that I would highly recommend to everyone! I have nothing but praise for these guys!

Extremely pleased with our door installations After much research and several quotes we choose this company. The owner was very knowledgable and sincere. We did have some challenges to overcome. They managed all of them efficiently and to our satisfaction. Customer service was incredible. We highly recommend them. I feel going forward if there are any concerns they will handle them efficiently as well.

My wife and I had our back door replaced and couldn't be happier thought the whole process. The quality of the door and service was better than going with a company like Lowes or home Depot. They worked with us and made sure we were happy every step of the process. Never tried to upsell us. Always on time, available for questions, and provided a total clean up when done. Service that is not always available with other companies. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and we will be using them again to replace our front door. I am not even going to waste my time looking at anyone else again. Their number is saved in my phone. It is hard to find the kind of fast reliable service that was provided and I can not say enough good about our service. Just call and talk to them and you will see what I am trying to say. $1,200.00 labor was a bit pricey for door installation. But I had to have it done before winter. The Triad Door Man, LLC does do quality work.
