We had a tub re-glazed and some days later I realized the job was poor. There were TONS of grit spots under the glaze, including some rather large pieces. Also, in three of the four corners of the tub, the glaze had run from over-spraying. I contacted the owner and got no response/action until I posted a complaint on his FB page. We talked and first he was supposed to send the original guy back to wet-sand and re-glaze. That never happened. The next excuse was he was away at a funeral and would send him when he got back into town. That never happened. After some time gap, I contacted him again and now that guy was no longer working for him and there is another guy who should be coming. Crickets again. I went back to update my FB complaint and found it was gone - at least I could not find it. I suspect he got FB to delete it. I have posted a sterner complaint on his FB page and am now seeking out other online review sites for this business to post that the owner has been non-responsive for two months or so now. His 100% guarantee is BS. If he ever does make good, I will update this post, but BUYER BEWARE. I will take him to court if I have to when we return to Florida.

do not hire this shiester. does not honor 10 year warranty then will not ansewr your calls. and his prices are sky rocket high for then to avoid your calls. would of gave this company a zero. plus its a sub contractor who does the job. people do your homework before you waste your money.

Does not answer phone calls. Needed to come back and fix job. Does not stand behind work. Definitely not a 10 year warranty. Not even one. I wonâ t be recommending this company at all.
