They redid my master shower today. Initially, they turned on the extraction fan set up And then they decided to turn it off during the work. My birds could have died. I asked them to turn it back on They did but then they set off again which set off my smoke detectors Due to the large amount of smoke caused by the work. They fail to do due diligence the whole house was toxic fumes because they did not really care. I read another review saying that they went through someone and belongings Most recently I definitely would not leave your house if they are coming to do the work. But if you have animals they should not be Inside when this happens.

We had this contractor come into our home to redo a bathtub. We were told we could not be present and we could not come back home for a minimum of 4 hours due to the smell. We have security cameras set up. One of the contractors was going through our things and luckily our camera caught it. Looking through multiple things and areas in our home. I would not trust this company coming into your home without the homeowner being present. You can not trust anyone these days. It is so sad. Come in, do your job, and leave. How hard is that?

They were great!!!

I called The Tub Guys after having a major plumbing issue. They came out on time and assured me that the work that the plumbers had suggested did not need to be done. Jordan even spoke directly to the plumber. I could easily have been charged for something unnecessary, but wasn't. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future and would happily recommend them. Fast professional service- especially during the Coronavirus pandemic

The Tub Guys did an amazing job resurfacing our tub. They replaced the caulk between the tub and wall and when it did not turn out the way we thought, they came back and replaced it with no problems. I would recommend them.
