Knowledgeable, professional, attentive, efficient. A ver expensive process but they saved my house. Most grateful for their knowledge and expertise.

Very efficient and always kept me informed about what was going on. beautiful work in 2 bathrooms. I had to call them at a later date as an emergency for an unrelated issue. They came late at night(after 9pm) and fixed everything that needed to be done.

They are the best at what they do! Customer service is awesome and are very reassuring. Excellent at keep cilents happy!

By far the best customer service I have ever had for any work I have ever had done. Everyone is professional and very helpful. The crew did a mold abatement job on my home. They were fantastic. Had to cut a hole in my ceiling, which they patched extremely well. Customer service was great - they explained everything thoroughly. These guys are really top notch.

This is a mid project review. Joe and his team gave a fair estimate, delivered on the work that was expected, and communicated very clearly throughout the process as to what exactly was being done.

My tenant found what looked like mold to her on a hall cabinet. I had Twin Home Experts come out and do a swob text. To my horror it came back positive. Jo De La Fuente explained to me what needed to be done, how they plan to do it and why. Jon Vesquez came out and did all the work. The job ended out being much bigger than first expected but Both Jo and Jon were friendly and informative. I had a lot of questions and concerns and they addressed them all. Linda in the office was great as well helping with the payment side.

Very professional and friendly. Always kept me informed. They cared about my mold problem and wanted to make it right. They finished on time and even checked back with me to make sure everything was fine. I would use them again.

Cant say enough bad things about them. Failed to do the job right the first 2 times, then were a NO SHOW twice to come redo the job correctly, and have lied about it after I asked for a refund. They also treated me like a deadbeat the day after service when I had not made an online payment by 2 PM. Harassed me and sent nasty texts. I indeed paid that day and would have regardless of the harassment. But I now see why they needed the money so quickly--they know their service is BAD and want to pocket the money before the customer realizes it.

They came to my house and did the inspection. I paid them for a report they said would be ready the next day. I never heard from them again. I feel ripped off. I have tried to contact them to get the report I paid for, but they have not gotten back to me. Unprofessional at best.

WOW! What great service! Dalton contacted me on Saturday and offered to come by on Sunday. He did a visual inspection on what our contractor had identified as mold under our kitchen. We wanted a 2nd opinion and Dalton confirmed we had mold. He brought Juan with him and quoted me a fair price for same day treatment of our mold being able to skip the expensive sample testing. Dalton even offered to have Juan re-caulk our 40 year old kitchen sink which seemed to be the cause of the problem. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again! They were very pleasant to work with but I felt they misrepresented the amount of work that was to be done. They were more than twice the price of the next bid but they sold me on the amount of work that had to be done (four or five men for a day) however, it only amounted to two men for half a day . There was no adjustment in the price.

Highly recommended We had a mold issue at our house. Twin Home Experts came out on short notice (on a Saturday morning). Dalton explained the process and patiently listened to our concerns and answered our questions. After we agreed with the process, a mold test was performed. Unfortunately, the test results confirmed our fears; we had a high level of mold. Dalton and Jim came back and explained the results as well as present an action plan to remediate the mold. Both were very professional and again patiently answered our questions. The next day, a full crew came on schedule and completed the work. A second mold test was performed which verified that all of the mold had been eliminated. Thank you Twin Home Experts!

When it comes to your home, sometimes it's best to pay a bit more for quality. These guys are properly licensed, insured,and have a long track record of service -- meaning they're a legit company that know their stuff (unlike some of their competitors). I called on their services after a competing "company" that I had contracted for repairs last year botched the job and tried to bail on the warranty. Joey Delafuente and his Twin Home Experts team quickly responded to my call and assessed the cause of damage properly. They were thorough and precise, making sure to cover and clean their workspace while performing the necessary repairs, all while documenting their progress with photos. They upload their reports to a dedicated website that organizes all invoices, estimates and photos in a neat, user-friendly manner that makes it easy to navigate and download. Plus, Joey was very accommodating with all my questions and requests -- especially while I was out of town for two weeks. If you want flashy, used car dealer showmanship that fronts the lowest rates to obscure poor (and fraudulent!) craftsmanship, by all means, pick the other guys. But if you want the best value for your money and workmanship that lasts, you can't go wrong with Joey and Twin Home Experts.
