Hired her for a one time deep clean. Specifically her, as she was suggested by our realtor. She arrived 30 minutes late and with someone else. I gave quick instructions to not worry about the closets or under the beds as we are moving and those areas have catch all items and boxes. About 40 minutes later they let a child into my home. I reached out to ask about this and zero response. When all was finally said and done, I came into my home and discovered one of the bathrooms barely cleaned (dirt and grime still on a baseboard, behind door, toilet not fully cleaned, water faucet not even fully cleaned, tub not fully cleaned.) One of our baseboards in the hall had the corner broken off. Dirt on the half wall? Living room blinds not cleaned after blinds were specifically mentioned. And everything under our bed pulled out and shoved into our trashcan. There?s more small things but character limit isn?t enough. Be warned, it?s not a real deep clean, certainly not worth $250.

Quality of work is excellent but communication is poor. Owner did not provide a written estimate as requested and did not respond to one of my texts. She also did not let me know she was unable to make a set appointment.

Marlene is wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. They did a super job cleaning our townhouse. We plan to have her back regularly.
