Odane politely recommended a far more effective alternative to accomplish the goal, also costing us less. Plus, (after getting our okay first) he added a further preventive measure and did not charge us. Straightforward job of cleaning out, sealing and patching some rot in an interior window sill. Quick to respond and set up job, price and appointment. Completed job well and without incident. My only qualm was some delay in arrival at scheduled appointment time. He let me know beforehand by text that morning he was having difficulty finding some materials. Would still hire again.
