a real pro, efficient and competent, arrived when promised

I was extremely impressed with this company, starting with scheduling my initial appointment to having them arrive at my home for the actual work. They communicated with me early on to ask that I perform several troubleshooting tasks in hopes that I could take care of the issue without them needing to come out to my home and incurring the expense of a service call; that in and of itself was pretty impressive! We found that the troubleshooting recommendations were not correcting the problem, so they followed through with the schedule appointment on June 14th. After they determined that I had a wiring problem, they offered me several solutions to remedy the problem. I ultimately decided to go with a wireless connection thereby saving me the extra expense of repairing a wall that they would need to access to take care of the problem. I was extremely impressed with this company from start to finish and, again, would highly recommend them to anyone in need of central vacuum repair and service! Kerry P.

Came on time, knew what was wrong, repaired it, and then checked to make sure there were no clogged pipes. Great service and will use them again.

It's just great to have a service person come into your home and have the experience, and consequently, the competence to quickly diagnose the problem and go about correcting it. Well worth the cost of a service call.

The Vac Dudes installed a central vacuum in my existing home and I don't know how I ever lived without one. Their pricing was excellent and I have peace of mind knowing it was installed by a licensed professional. I wanted to make sure that I dealt with a reputable company so if f I need anything down the road I can call them.

The Vac Dudes were exactly what their name implies. Knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. I had a motor problem which was diagnosed instantly. They took my unit to their shop and brought it back promptly and installed it. I give them 5 stars. I cannot comment on the price because I don't know but it did not seem high considering the quality of service. I would recommend the Vac Dudes to anyone.

Very friendly and professional service. Aaron answered phonecall and e-mail questions promptly. The installers, Ray and George, were great ! We would use them again and will be glad to refer them to anyone.

Everything you want in a contractor: contacted me right away, explained my options, showed up on time and with the right equipment, very polite and professional, and completed the job on the spot. Aaron clearly enjoys what he is doing and a lot of other contractors should take lessons from him on how to treat their customers right!

The fix could have easily been corrected over the phone. The repair involved pushing the reset button on the unit. Instead I ended up paying for a trip charge when a trip was not necessary.

He called me back right away and came on time for the appointment. He was professional and kind. I would definately use this company again.
