Ulysses from Valley Handyman was truly great to work with. He replaced the control panel on my Viking refrigerator, and while it initially worked, the fix unfortunately only lasted about a day. Ulysses promptly returned, got it running again, but after another 24 hours the refrigerator stopped cooling once more. Instead of giving up, Ulysses went above and beyond. He installed a monitoring device in the refrigerator and closely tracked its performance over several days. In total, he came back five or six times trying to diagnose and resolve the issue. His persistence and commitment were impressive. Eventually, I decided to bring in a Viking specialist, who determined that the cost to fully repair the refrigerator would exceed what I wanted to invest. I explained the situation to Ulysses and requested a full refund of approximately $1,100. Without any hassle whatsoever, Ulysses and Valley Handyman refunded the entire amount.

This guy is a pure scammer trying to sxxx people dry of there money. He will try to rip you off all while wearing a fake ugly smile on his face. Called him out to diagnose our fridge that wasnt cooling completely. He decided to completely un-solder the pipes on our compressor to ?diagnose? our fridge. After telling us we had an ?electronic issue? we could tell something was off and told him to leave. He left our fridge with an extra $600 worth of damage and needed repairs. Avoid this person at all costs.

The guys that came out were great (Ulysses) What was little bit odd was receiving a random text from another provider telling me to end business from Valley Handyman and go with him. Odd.
