!! BUYER BEWARE!!! GARBAGE READ THE REVIEWS I REGRET NOT I bought a washer dryer Dec 27th end of the year was on the expensive end of what he had in for sale was the weirdest purchase experience I ever had signing a paper trying to wave responsibility if anything happens do not do it that is the flag I missed he says hell fix it breaks but do not tell ya they will break it fixing it my tumbler is all off balance east fix for a repair man hmm well anyways I am fighting that now you can avoid this better business Bureau him and fight thru courts I guess I just want my money back at this point too many broken promises to come back and fix it blown off appoints after taking off work or whatever your doing fir that day they come to fix and then they do not I called 4 months after owning a washer and dryer 789 dollars later breaks pump goes out it just used trash he reslls I don't think it goes through the testing he says it does not accusing him of that just my own belief it's all garbage the last repairman told me more vulgarly I am not that kinda guy but was put together after the service call for the pump this week 4/24 it shakes like a rattle big one can't operate it I think the repairman may have put it together wrong or something got misalignment anyways they refused to fix it just by in action and many calls and complaints later still no fix reported to the bbb and he calls Mr Cook does smooth talker this kid I do not how he stays in business the wat he acting tho talks a lot good does nothing beware you may have to sue him for a refund because the refuse to come and fix or replace your machines I asked for new one Monday because so far 3 weeks later my washer still broke like day 1 when I called no remedy they put the pump in but it shakes so bad im told not to use it by their own tech who called it all s*it garbage" that's washing machine man at his finest so go somewhere else please
