They assured me it was durable, efficient, and the right long-term choice for my household. I trusted their "expert advice" and paid a staggering $2000?far above typical water heater replacement costs in the Sarasota area?for what they presented as premium quality with reliable support.

The Water Heater Guy was contacted by phone, followed by sharing pics of current water heater & explanation of toilet problem. Service was provided the next day, after agreeing to price quote. Communication by text was timely, keeping me updated on time of arrival. Techs were professional & knowledgeable.
