I called yesterday and Keith came out yesterday at 1:30pm and quoted a price which I feel was extremely awesome because I was expecting it to be higher. He said he would be here around 9 or 9:30am. Very prompt n very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this company. They took out old water heater from crawl space n put new one in and even hauled the old one away.whohoo!!! Very happy customer!

Installation was done quite timely and installer was very helpful explaining the operation of this unit and long-term maintenance. He cleaned up the area very well and hauled off the old unit. Everybody's happy when things go right!
