Keith was very professional and my husband's statement was he has never had a tradesperson come out that was so organized and ready for a job and knew everything to do. Since he just does water heaters he has the tools and supplies needed. Very prompt and did a great job.

Very professional and pleasant. Keith quoted a price over the phone to install a water heater. He arrived on time and explained the installation process and gave us information on how the unit works. Installation was done quite timely and installer was very helpful explaining the operation of this unit and long-term maintenance. He cleaned up the area very well and hauled off the old unit. Everybody's happy when things go right!
