not reliable

I am only giving out a 0.5 because I have to for this service. Poor communication to the customer and never completed everything that was supposed to be done on the job.

Kriston Emami the owner of welding society from the moment he picked up half of the money to get started he began to not follow through on his promises. He had raw steel dropped on our driveway where he left it due to rain for over a week. I have never heard of building the fence on site but that was his plan. It would not have been a problem had he communicated with us of his plans but he would just not show up. When I texted him to find out what was going on and when he would actually be coming to do the fence he finally answered me with the first word being â Listenâ . I am not sure what your screening process is for Companies that you recommend but I would reconsider recommending this company to anyone else. The problem did not end there when he did finally show up to start working on the fence one of his workers was badly injured with a subpar piece of equipment he had given them to work with. He also tried to charge us an additional $450 for paint to paint the fence which should have been included as his quote included warranty and annual paint touch up for the life of the fence. He completed building the fence and he had someone spray paint the fence but he never has returned as he promised to put the caps on the top of the fence and a touch up the areas that were not painted properly. Not to mention he didnâ t offer to clean up the rest stains that are all over our driveway from the raw materials being left there for over a week. And true to our experience from the beginning he has yet to respond to any of our messages or calls. Not to mention the quote he gave us was on another companies invoice. I am not sure if there is anything you can do in order to get him to come over and finish his job but if so that would be greatly appreciated otherwise I did want you to be aware of how this man runs his business.

Stay away from this company, they walked away from the job with out completing it, they left a complete mess behind them.

It took them 3 weeks to do a 24 ft fence, cause they kept going to other jobs. They were not planning on welding all around the pickets. The space between pickets was not even. They brought a kid who did not know how to paint, using paint cans that were not designed for outdoor metal coverage, made a mess, and two months later the fence is rusting especially on the top, and we need to repaint. They were supposed to be back to fix some minor details, never showed up and do not return our messages. Will not use or recommend again. I guess you get what you pay for.

The technician was honest, on time, and very thorough. I will call him back if I need anymore repairs.

Kris was very nice. He came over right away to give me a quote. I hired him but asked for a formal contract that I never got after asking for it twice. I could tell right away that he was not very organized. I started noticing issues and when brought to his attention he became aggressive and belligerent. I became uncomfortable with his presence and just let him complete his work. I tried to think that maybe I was the one that was being too particular but after he left, I started to inspect his work and found out that it was not me. The welding was incomplete. He did not paint one side of the fence, He did not put any springs on the gates as requested. Two pickets fell off two days after the work was supposedly completed. He left a mess and some of the pickets are still not even straight which was my complaint, to begin with. After one week, there is rust on the fence and the paint is bubbly. He did not have a plan and I think he was in over his head.

Kris and his team responded within 10 mins, came over within the hour, and fixed my iron fence.
