Scott is a great guy, who is very capable, has excellent customer service and a sense for urgency. Scott has been able o work with me for my car, and my home and if he can't get something done the first time, he WILL figure out a way and gets it done. wheelchairs, figures, no half starts, returns calls, very flexible and he can get it figured, if he can't get it done, he WILL figure it out. fixed my door on my explorere, found what hge needed at ha rdware store, very capable. understanding, knows you need it when you ask foir it and his customer service is great in that regard.
