"We usually use a 120 to 150 lbs per hole in the above situation the couple post in question, we had to dig up existing concrete which left huge holes that we had to use three bags per hole and due to the size of the holes we ran out of concrete. The following day it took us 5 extra bags with quick rock to fill in the ridiculously large holes, in all each post was set with 4 to 5 bags of concrete per post. No way we would compromise our set job by cutting corners on materials."

"Vez Corporation is a family owned and operated fence company. This project was installed by Steve, Devin, and Estevan Vezelici. Due to weather and company vehicle accident the start date was postponed. We did start the fence June 30th working through the weekend including working on the 4th of July to complete this project. During the project customer was present and very excited how the fence was coming out by clapping and jumping up and down, literally. Which made us happy because the customer seemed happy. During the construction of the fence we got many compliments from the neighborhood and were invited to do three estimates. Out of the three of the estimates, we got hired to install two of the fences this fall . On Sunday she commented on how she was very, very happy with the completions of the back of the fence and the other side of the fence, she even repeated three times how she loves, loves, loves the completed side. Come Monday afternoon we stopped by to do the walk around and pick up the remaining balance of her project. I noticed the customer's attitude had changed and was hesitant on coming out of the house to do the walk around. So I asked her if everything was okay and her response was she hated the fence and had stated that her rotted, crooked, installed by amateurs previous fence was better than the custom built fence Vez Corporation had built. I had mentioned to her due to us not being there on time we had deducted 200.00 from the remaining balance. Customer got upset and had said if I don't take 500.00 off she would summit a bad review into Home Advisor so here we are. Pictures of completed fence are posted on our web site. I as a small business owner been doing this for 22 yrs was floored when customer had said how the fence was the worst, the ugliest, and some words used to describe our fence, I choose not to repeat.
