The Window Place Plus

What an awful experience. This company has zero regard for the customer's property. The installer did not wear booties in my house even though that is protocol. And he walked across my lawn numerous times before coming into my house, again with no booties on, again against protocol. This company is clueless and I would not hire them if they gave me the windows for free. Hard pass!

We recently completed a major renovation of our 1950s architect-designed mid-century modern home, which included replacing over 40 windows and sliding doors—many of them custom sizes. We chose Windows Place Plus for the job, and I’m so glad we did. From the start, Jackie (one of the owners and a trained architect herself) was an incredible partner. She immediately understood the vision for the house and worked seamlessly with both me and our architectural team to ensure every window—whether replacement or new construction—was thoughtfully selected. Her eye for detail and deep understanding of both architecture and product options made a huge difference. She also has a strong relationship with Marvin and helped us navigate every choice to make sure the windows would fit and perform perfectly. The installation team was excellent—diligent, respectful of the home. And Jackie personally followed through after installation to make sure everything was just right.

Great company with great professionalism! Great product too! I am happy I went with them and would absyhire them again and so happy to recommend them and their services!!

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Top notch windows and sliding doors at a reasonable price. No pressure selling and Jackie was so easy to deal with. They came on time. They work fast with great attention to detail. They maintained a clean workplace and very professional. Above all they really know what they are doing. Great time management, that they finished earlier than what I expected. They took care of all the requests I made. I am very happy with the results of this project.

Professionally installed, clean and efficient. I’m a repeat customer.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience working with Window Place Plus, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Jackie was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. As one of the owners of the company, she truly cares about her customers and the quality of the work her team delivers. Unlike many sales representatives who use high-pressure tactics or deceptive marketing strategies, Jackie provided us with straightforward pricing and transparent information. There were no gimmicks, just an honest assessment of what we were getting for our money. Before choosing Window Place Plus, we received quotes from five different companies. However, none of them impressed us as much as this one. What set them apart was not only the exceptional quality of the Okna windows they offer but also the efficiency and integrity of their service. We replaced 35 windows in our home!

They have superb service.Jackie the owner is hands on and comes out with Scott to oversee and install the windows. They bends over backwards to insure proper installation and helped me with the wsrranty The windows are beautiful . I highly recommend them

The crew was prompt and professional . This company provided an on site inspector that was constantly watching the installation crew. She(Jackie) inspected the smallest details of the job. I was very satisfied with the five windows I had installed.

Jackie was great. Showed me products and let me pick. Not pushy on anything. Great service. Love the new sliding door. Install was quick and installation crew was great. THANKS!!

The installer was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond. Door looks perfect.

Great family business, Good customer service, very responsive.

Mark Anderson and his team at The Windows Place Plus did an excellent job installing 26 high quality and great looking Preservation windows at our 100 year old home in Haddon Heights. We are very pleased with the operation and look of our new windows. The fine workmanship on the construction and installation of the windows is evident every time we open them or tilt them in for cleaning. Mark was very helpful and informative in describing and recommending windows for our home. The installation team headed by Matt performed their work in an efficient and professional manner. After they left, it was as if the interior and exterior of our home did not have this extensive work performed on it. It was as clean as a whistle. I highly recommend Mark and his company and would gladly work with them again should the need arise. Ed & Anna Ciechon

Mark Anderson was fantastic! Mark arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He addressed my concerns and knew immediately what how the window mechanism broke. It was fixed within minutes and he even gave me lots of REALLY helpful tips on how to remedy and issue with another window (and other parts of the house)! Mark is personable and professional, I will certainly use your services again in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of new windows or repairs!! Thanks Mark!!

The Window Place Plus went above and beyond to ensure that our windows were perfect! Mark is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He was thorough in explaining all of our options, and ultimately helped us choose the window that was the perfect fit for our home. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out! I highly recommend them!

Great windows! They were the best company I interviewed.

Outstanding service from Mark Anderson and his installers at The Window Place. They completed the entire job in one day and were both skilled, professional and friendly work crew. They showed up on time, cleaned up after they were done and were never too busy to answer any question that we had while they were working. Mark Anderson is a truly great, ethical and honest business owner. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for this type of upgrade for your home.

I was impressed by the owner Mark Anderson and made it easy to order a few windows that I was looking to buy. When the installers Hughie McIntyre and his partner Scott installed my windows I immediately ordered a few more. Very professional and great to have working at my house

I plan on using this company again.

I was very impressed with Mark and Huey from the Windows Place. Great windows too!
