Excellent service and workmanship.

Mr. Weaver called me immediately after I filled out my project request, he was very helpful & provided answers to all my questions. He also provided his estimate in a timely manner and was very quick at coming out to take the exact measurements of the glass. The project was a little bigger than what was expected but Mr. Weaver had another company assist him in the installation of the glass and the cost of the project was still the quoted amount. Will definitely use him in the future.

Mr. Weaver was very professional. He was prompt and on time. My glass replacement project was completed in a timely manner. I did check prices with another service provider and found his prices to be in line.

good price. on time. but still waiting for follow up adjustments to a couple of windows hard to get a hold of.cant get him to come back and finish some some adjustments.been two months and i dont think my repairs will happen. going to go with another window company to fix them. probably will be out a couple hundred bucks.

Mr. Weaver was timely and well educated in his field. I have older windows from the 50's and was concerned there would be a problem. Mr. Weaver seemed sure he could repair them and did so. He was professional, friendly and his rates were quite reasonable. He did a great job. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone. Thanks for the help.

project was replacing a broken two pane window glass. Rick was the gentleman I worked with.He was very professional on discussing the project over the phone. He was flexible in taking my appointment both for quoting and perfroming the work. He educated me on the project and gave me very detailed explanation on my different options. His workmanship was good. bhis price was the lowest. He thoroughly cleaned the area. Finally, he was pleasant gentleman to work with. Win win in every front.

Not only was he the lowest price, but he seemed to be most knowledgable and infornative of the 3 people I called. the window has been ordered and will be installed in approx 2 weeks.

Rick is very friendly and personable. I had 2 windows with broken seals/clouding, where only the glass needed to be replaced. During his visit for the estimate, Rick thoroughly surveyed and measured, and took the time to explain options for replacement. I had two other chain companies out to give estimates. Neither was as thorough; simply looked at the windows, no options/explanations and quoted a price, ....which was close to being double of what Rick quoted. He also was very accomodating when scheduling install. Installation was quick and clean, and done with a smile. Very pleased with my experience with Rick and Window Pro!

Rick came rightaway when I told him I would give him the job, took deposit money for half the job, told me he would get it done within three to four days.After that there is no sign of him. I called and he said he would check on the glass last Monday and call me back. No call yet. I am wondering if I should right off my deposit money as an unfortunate event that I have run into one of the fly by night operator!
