Impressed with Darren Rosell. He absolutely was professional, courteous, efficient, neat. As well as Ellen whom I spoke with in the office. Everything was done absolutely with exceptional care. Totally pleased with showing us how to operate the windows answering all questions. Every detail was malicious and done in a timely manner. Wonderful experience! We replaced all of the windows in a townhouse and The Window Source was able to custom order windows to meet the HOA requirements with only a few week wait. The windows were all perfect when they arrived and were installed in less than a day. Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional and they provided an excellent service with very competitive pricing! 5 stars for sure! We will definitely be calling again for future projects.

The door itself was expensive without any flash at all. The installation was done very well, the delivery was on time, and their customer service team answer all questions I had along the way. Overall it was a very good experience and I would hire them again.
