Contract was signed on May 1st to have windows put in. In the contract it states that window install should be started within 60 days. By day 100, we have not heard if the windows have even been manufactured. We have called numerous times with no calls back. When we finally did get a hold of the company they said our windows would be there by July 22nd. On August 12th we went to the company in person since they were not answering their phone. Sam said he would give the money back as a money order. We waited 4 hours and he never came back. His secretary called us that day and said a check would be coming to our house in the mail, 7 days at the latest. It has now been 8 days and we still have not received anything. I highly DO NOT recommend this company that fails to communicate, fails to keep a contract, lies to its customers and strings them along, and also takes CASH from MILITARY families and does not refund them back! I would also like to mention that we went out of our way to work on their company truck which they still owe us money for the parts and labor expenses.
