I have had the worse time trying to get my window fixed. First, they ordered the wrong size window, then, they cracked the window and damaged the inside trim. Then, they damaged the wall. Each time, I told them I would fix the damage and I just want them to fix the window and outside trim they did. They insisted they would fix everything, I am am stuck with this after months. I?ve tried Eric, Mike, and the owners. I?d been very patient with this mess. Hopefully reviews on every platform and BBB will help. If not, I will have to see if I can get legal help.

Absolute scam of a business and worst professional experience I've ever had, please be very careful before trusting these people to make changes to your home. Photos of extremely shoddy half finished job attached. Here's a basic overview followed by the full story. - They did not match the 6 pane existing windows they promised they'd match, even though I paid a premium for the matching service. Instead they installed single pane basic windows and they used cheap push pin style attached pieces of wood to attempt to simulate faux wood panes. - left my exterior siding wide open for months where they cut it out and never finished the job. - left the interior drywall unfinished where they had cut it out. I had to pay for the interior and exterior repair myself. - Owner went 4 months without responding, then finally came back with a response along the lines of "Hey we can put some cheap PVC faux panes in place, that's the industry standard, sound good?"

We purchased 18 windows to be replaced after we bought our home. The originals were over 50 years old and most could not be opened. 18 windows arrived but 2 of them were the wrong size from a factory error. We were told that a 4 man crew would be arriving to make the job go fast. A crew of 2 was all we got. The installers arrived late in the am (11am) which had them finishing 2 hours after dark....not ideal. They did a good job with the actual install which was during 40+ mph winds. The windows look great and they work very smooth. We are now waiting 1 to 2 weeks for the final windows to arrive & be installed.

Excellent service. I checked with several installers. They came in with the best price. I decided to get half of the house done. We were so satisfied we definitely wanted them to come back to finish the job.

The Windows Source installed over 20 Windows & a patio door. Honestly, this is the first time we've been able to easily open a window in 10 years! And we've already seen a reduction in utility cost. And if something is not done right, they will come back and fix it. Highly recommend & do plan to rehire!

The sales experience was WAY better than my experience with another vendor (Sears). The pricing was VERY straight forward. They just have a worksheet where they just fill in the quantity for each item and do the math. All the prices are listed so you know exactly where your money is going in this project and the installation is included in the listed price which is awesome! The office folks were good about communicating project updates as the windows arrived to them and then we scheduled the install work. The installers were great! We had a small scheduling issue that was known ahead of time, but they were able to finish the job in two days instead of one which is fine. The end product looks GREAT (we opted for the capping on every window)! I don't yet know if/what the heating/cooling benefit is since we're right in the transition between summer and fall, so our cooling bill was already declining. My wife and I both noticed a significant reduction in outside sound/noise which we weren't expecting, so we were both SUPER PLEASED to have that unexpected benefit. ALSO, we had some significant issues where our bricks were separating from the window frame and it had several years of caulk gooped up and the install guys worked around it with the window capping and make it look SO GOOD! This was by far the best value I found. There was a little bit of debris inside and outside our house where each window was replaced, but nothing a minute or two with the vacuum couldn't handle. I'm very glad that I found them and would recommend them to anyone!!!

I checked out all the big box stores Home Depot Lowe's Sears etc etc The Windows Source of Athens was by far the best and lowest price now they say you get what you pay for in Quality and workmanship and let me say the the Windows Source was great in both categories I have an enclosed porch with six very large windows they installed 3 double hung 36 x 54 and 3 sliders 54 x 54 they took the time to explain all aspects of the installation one of the screens had a pinhole and they came back and installed a new screen several of my neighbors have given a 5.0 rating on the windows

They were great, they did a great job. I would recommend them to others.
