I spoke with Lincoln last week about replacing several windows at my father in law’s home on Daniel Island. He came out the very next day to take measurements and review the available options, spending about an hour walking us through everything. The time went by quickly, and he offered clear, practical guidance on the best choices for our budget. He sent over a detailed quote later that same day, which matched exactly what we had discussed. We’re scheduled for installation in a few weeks, and so far the entire experience has been excellent. Will update this review if anything changes.

Not your usual review. Due to technical reasons, the Window Source was unable to bid for the work I needed. However, Lincoln called me as soon as this was apparent, saving me from wasting my time waiting for him. He then proceeded to answer each and every question that had arisen from all his competitors who I had already spoken to who did not have many answers. They only seemed intent on getting me to sign. I will definitely recommend the Window Source to those lucky enough to be needing their services.
