Our experience with our contractor, Mark Joyner, was quite satisfactory, especially since he tried to save us $200 by replacing just the sashing in the window, which Anderson Windows claimed could be done. As it turned out, the whole window had to be replaced. The work was completed within a week of first contacting Mr. Joyner.
