Home Theater Wiring Service
These guys are excellent--I had a very difficult cabling job, going from one corner of the building downstairs to the other end upstairs. The building has been seismically retrofitted, so it wasn't easy to go through walls and into certain areas, but they persevered and completed the project well.

Greg is a very nice and thorough guy. His customer service standards are extremely high...something we don't see anymore. Kyle (the gentlemen who actually performed the install) is a friendly and efficient person. I would highly recommend The Wire Guys.

Overall good experience and job well done, would've apprciated if installers tried to coil/conceal the extra wiring on the floor. Appointment was scheduled for 9 am and the installers arrived a little after 10 am. The owner Greg was very nice and accomodating and even came down off the orignial install estimate.

all the problems with my system are fixed greg said he would do what ever it took to fix the problems and he has. he is true to his word.

"Chuck, Sorry for the problems we will work diligently to solve them. The cameras which you have are of Excellent quality for night viewing. The picture was perfect until direct TV came out and changed the sat box. If you were to rate these against others you will find they outperform most. If you have an apple computer you need to set up a windows emulator."

TV Wall Mounting
This is a commercial install with 21 sites needing flat screen installation and impact panels (graphics) hung. Greg has been professional as well as his two installers to date. I look forward to working with this team on the rest of the project.

The guys who actualy performed the work are great, the owner not so much. Unprofessional, does not follow through, only uses e-mail to communicate and only when he wants to. His lack of customer service skills really shows. Greg (owner) was paid on two occassions and continues to ask for money through e-mails, he can`t see that the checks I wrote to him was payment for his service.

"I personally spoke with this customer 4 times, and we showed up on time and on the day chosen by the customer. I did not ask for multiple payments, and if this customer had opened up the attachment he would have found his receipt stating paid in full. I appreciate his business and would be open to clarifying any other questions he may have. We strive to keep our customers satisfied with us."

They were knowledgeable, could bring all the equipment or have me buy and bring some of it if that suited me or was more cost effective. they were timely, efficient, friendly, unflappaable and did a great job. would definitely use them again. Made teh TV st up simple and walked me through using the TV and the various components.

Their arrived on time for the job but didn't bring the required parts. The wire management they put in place has only 1 inch, which was obviously too small for the wires. It took them 20 tries for it to snap closed and I asked if it would close once I add the dvd player component wiring and their assured me it would. Now that I've tried twice to add it, it won't close. Furthermore, they cut the corner instead of using corner connection piece. Lastly, they measured incorrectly so they drilled all 4 holes in the wrong place and had to re-drill, leaving 4 exposed holes behind my TV. They have not offered to fix it and I won't recommend them to anyone until they do. BEWARE!!!!
