Absolutely terrible experience with the wooden door. DO NOT USE THEM. We had our kitchen remodeled by them and our first meetings went fine and seemed like we were all on the same page. It was supposed to start late August but was pushed back until the second week of October. They guaranteed the project would be completed by December 3rd. We finally forced them to be out by February 9 and had to finish the project ourselves because we could not go without our kitchen any longer. The work they did was very poor quality. We had to get almost all of our own materials. Celeste, our designer, was out of office for the first 8 weeks of our project and we had no one to contact about the issues we had with the work being done. I had to basically manage the project on my own which was very stressful and not what we signed up for. Arod the contractor did terrible work and Marshall the owner lied to us repeatedly
