"Contracting is like a "box of chocolates". You never know what you're going to get when you open up walls and ceilings. In this case, the main header holding up two large ceilings between the kitchen and living room, was completely decimated by termite infestation. There were gas lines drilled and installed through the header, making it impractical to remove the header, causing thousands in repairs, over and above the initial project of installing new Sheetrock ceilings and building a pantry. We were able to add new heavy duty header materials along side the original, replace warped ceiling joists,and move forward.very rewarding. Love my job!"
