Provided us with cost-effective plan. We had our own mount but seemed heavier than what he usually uses. It was difficult for him, yet he accommodated us, and worked the whole day without a break. Thus we were able to mount 2 TV's. We had minor issues that he's willing to work with us to fix them. Best deal in town and highly recommendable. We should have given clearer guidelines/criteria up front for best results, but the results are still good.

Although I did get lower bids (on the phone) from other contractors from Service Magic, I chose Steve because his profile was outstanding. Just from the short conversation we had on the phone, I could tell he was the most qualified. I just could not take the chance that my $5,000 Plasma would fall off the fireplace, or worse, because I was trying to save a few bucks on the installation! Steve was very professional, and did a great job! I will surely use him again in the future!

I had a very tricky installation. The cabinet for the components was located along the wall perpendicular to the TV screen. Steve ran the cables through the wall, into the attic, around a doorway and back behind the TV. It was a lot of work but the system Steve designed is superb!
