Pro's: prompt and courteous. Con's: Overcharging for labor. I only needed a new receiver ordered (which they charged 5% over retail) and installed. An easy hook-up to a TV, DVD player & Tivo. Yet they charged me for an hour's labor for 2 men: they quoted $80/hour, so I ended up paying $160 to hook up a receiver.

"Client fails to mention that she did not show up for the first appointment... and we lost several billable hours that day while he could have been actually working. The invoice with the installer that day was for only $80 labor!"

Home Theater System or Media Center - Install
Very positive experience. They helped me with wall fishing, replacing a HDTV lamp, and installing an undermount tv in the kitchen. They completed each project and did a grea job of cleaning up afterwards. the kitchen tv project was tricky because the comcast box is in different room and this involved an A/V input device. We are happy with the service and would use them again.

I was very pleased with their work. They put in a flat screen TV, audio system and now only have one remote. They were very conscientious, they were very careful not to mess up the newly painted walls. They were very good.
