TV Wall Mounting
We hired them to mount 2 flat screen TV's on the wall. They were 3 hours late. As they were getting their things out of the truck they realized they didn't have a stud finder. They left to go to Walmart which is 2 minutes from our house and they were gone for at least 45 minutes. When they returned they hung the smaller TV in the kitchen. (Which took about 5 minutes) After about another hour or so they said they couldn't find a stud to hang the larger TV in the living room. They charged us $80 for hanging the TV that only took 5 minutes. Someone came out the next day and hung the TV with no problem by himself.

"We were leaving another job late at night (10pm) when the customer insisted that we come to his house that night-- so we accommodated him. We did leave the stub finder at the last customers house. This customer asked us to go to Wal-mart...it was 20 min from the customers house but never the less we came back and quickly installed the first TV (Which he said we did a great job on). The 2nd TV however did not go in because of the way the wall was framed it had no studs where he wanted it to go. We do not put TV's on a wall with wall anchors alone, it must have studs (was a 60" plasma). We also gave the customer a free mount for the first TV"
