Camille had really great reviews, so I ignored her latest negative review. I paid her/her team $600 to do a deep clean of my house post construction. Unfortunately I hadnt moved in yet, so was unable to inspect the work myself, though she did send me pictures. Lesson learned, I shouldnt have paid all the money upfront. When I arrived to my house on move in day, I discovered she completely missed one of the bathrooms. It was disgusting. And while she cleaned the floors and windows, the team ignored the baseboards and windowsills. This should not have been overlooked as I requested a post construction clean to rid the house of dust. My house was still so dusty Ive been using air purifiers in every room. Worst part was when I notified her of the mistake, she said she would come back to fix it. She never showed up. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

I got a quote from Camille for a deep clean and she claims this was a $100 discount. Most of the baseboards, vents, and silk plants were not dusted, including many other items in the house. The laundry room was barely touched, no dusting done in there, just vacuuming and mopping. The toilets were not cleaned under the rim. The tops of furniture, tops cabinets, or the top of the refrigerator was not dusted. The fronts of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. The microwave was left cloudy looking inside and the glass kitchen cabinet doors were not cleaned. Three out of four basement windows were not vacuumed and cleaned after my husband and I reminded her at least twice. I paid for a service that was not finished. I am now having to pay for a different company to do this all over again, and since we are selling our house and almost everything in it due to both my husband and I being unemployed, this makes me furious! We can not afford to throw our money away like this at our age. After several texts, Camille said she would come back and just do the few things that I mentioned in my text (which did not include everything they had missed). She wanted to charge me $200 more dollars to finish. This is ridiculous, because I just wanted them to finish what I had paid for in the first place. I would pay extra to mop and vacuum the house again. I did notify her within a day after they left that things were not finished throughout the house. But, things should have been done right the first time, and I should not have to go back and check the entire house after a *professional* with *five star ratings* has cleaned it with 3-4 ladies for several hours!! This is NOT right nor is it FAIR. She also required me to write the check out *TO CASH* to her. Hummm, does she report this income to the IRS? We pay a ton of money to the IRS in taxes...when we were employed. So, Camille, I know you will read this. What you did to us is just plain wrong! I have a great sense of humor to keep me from crying, but now I am crying and not laughing. I want at least $300 back because that is what I am having to pay the cleaning company to come fix what you did not do before our house showing this weekend! Write the check out to me *TO CASH* Thank you. P.S. I saw the little piece of wood that was broken off our gorgeous wall clock in the foyer (top right corner)! I just let it slide. I should have said something to you, but you bragged on how you and your crew have never broken anything. Well, that was not true! That clock was from my mother and father-in-law who have passed. It has a history. Now it is not the same...........

Camille is thorough, friendly and was even kind to my dog while he was trying to help her clean. She is easy to communicate with, flexible in her schedule and makes sure that the customer is happy with all aspects of the service. I would definitely recommend her!
