Now, as a customer, we agree on specific terms and conditions. First and foremost, the gentleman you speak of who was possibly intoxicated was fired from the job for that reason, and that information was given to you, the homeowner. Our company has zero tolerance for those acts and behaviors, and we take our Business very seriously. Our professionalism defines us, and we are sure our previous costumer could vouch for that. As you describe in the pictures, those are the correct ways to install wonder boards to showers, and if the customer prefers any extra insulations, that would be an additional charge. There were no extra insulations in your contract description agreement set forth on your contract. We advise all our customers about how important it is to use the best materials to prevent any possible future wear and tear of showers/baths due to constant water exposure to these areas. Even if we advise these things, and the customer disagrees with our information, we do not install any extra insulation unless the customer chooses to. A new invoice is set for agreement to any project changes. We work with our customer budget just like we worked with you so that everyone can have their choice and preferences for their project's outcomes. Unfortunately, we aren't responsible for these types of matters due to the option you, as the customer, agreed on and the materials we used for your installation. Now with the plumbing you speak of, We do not supply any plumbing installation, and anyone who does has to be certified. Unless we subcontract a licensed professional, all customers must seek their own plumber/electrician. In our case, we never hired anyone for your project in specific, and you were to provide your own. Understand we try to be very patient with our customers just like we were with you. Since the beginning of our contract, you refused to pay for a warranty, which is not our fault, that's a customer's choice. Also, you tampered with our agreement by crossing things off and changing the sentence set forth on our contract. Our contract clearly explains that any tampering or removal of any sentences set for on our contract violates our agreement, and any project could be terminated due to that matter. We did not end your project, and we went forth with your project. In column 19 on our contract, we also clearly explain that any changes to labor or materials not set for on our initial agreement are subject to extra labor charges if it prolongs our initial project agreement. There was a constant change on your behalf, with tile differences, tub, paint color, vanity color, hardware, ETC. This was one of the main reasons we were delayed on this project, which you weren't charged for, courtesy of the company. You were also responsible for getting an electrician and a plumber, which you never provided and we had to find one for you which also caused a significant delayed. Our workers work an hourly rate, and you were charged for a project of two weeks. The delay was on your behalf, and that cost the company three extra pay salary losses plus potential job offers. After all, you choose not to pay us for the work we did for you. If you do our overhead calculation, we lost over 20k on your project, and we stood till the end to ensure you received the proper customer treatment.
