Expert professional work and paid attention to detail!

Not only were Mike and Lynn AMAZING PEOPLE, they went over and beyond the call of duty. After the first project fixing wall heater, I called them back to install my new range and install a socket for my dryer. My home was so messed up electrical wise. He repaired everything that the last person I hired messed up, went under my house, re-wired what was necessary, spent quality time on my home. Their main concern was that my house didn't catch fire, and to top that off, they're coming back next week to take care of some minor things that I did not ask them to do. Fell in love with both of them, would not and will not use anyone else EVER!

Mike went out of his way for me, though he charged a little more, but it was worth it!

Michael was really nice but more importantly his work was impeccable. Very neat and clean. The price was more than reasonable. I'm very happy with the work. Thanks for the hard work Michael.

mike and Lynn did a great job and my dog loved them! They replaced my main panel and a sub panel. Mike knows what he is doing and how to solve problems to get things to fit right. Works well with PG&E and city inspectors. Would highly recommend.

Contacted this company last year, got a quote. Keep postponing start date. They apologized for delay of start date due to Mike being out of town. They asked for a down deposit which was sent promptly. He set the install date and soon after changed the start date..Emails were exchanged to confirm a new start date, They did not show up for the date confirmed. I called and the office manager and she was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Repaired shorted electrical outlet, checked panel for defective breakers and provided excellent service.

We have had Michael come to our Lake County house several times for electrical work. We always look forward to seeing Michael. He is always professional and his work is stellar. We won't have anyone else take care of our electrical needs.

I would highly recommend Lynn and Michael as they are the dynamic duo!!! I needed a couple of pendant lights installed in my kitchen and an attic fan supply lead in the attic. After the the initial phone estimate they came to do an on site survey/estimate and also came prepared to perform the work. Well, after seeing what needed to be done they came in at a lower price which I accepted and am very please with the outcome! They rock!

Mike @ Theiss was prompt in his phone calls, professional and got the job quoted and then installed in less than 1 week. We purchased a Whole House Fan on our own, he installed it within 5 hours and it looks great. Last night was our first night and our second story was cool within 5-10 minutes, where it usually took a couple hours with the windows open to achieve the same temperature. We are pleased with the end result and would recommend using Theiss, we definitely will in the future.
