I needed the chimney cap replaced as it had blown off. He was very responsive and a great communicator. He was prompt and fast, showed up when planned and finished quickly. Very reasonable price. I will be calling him again when i need work done, no reason to shop around.

I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as Phillip is. First he enjoys what he does for a living. He was on time, got his work done quickly and at the same time happily answered my questions and told me why things should be done a certain way. He even repaired a couple of items on his own (a mailbox and accent column) that we had not even put in the scope of work. I will definitely hire Phillip again, and is my pleasure to recommend him..
