I am very satisfied with work on my deck by Theodore Meiers of Northpoint Renovations. The deck was built in 1991. Damaged boards needed replacement. Theo stripped existing stain, applied wood cleaner, and sanded. Thorough prep work. Two coats of solid stain. The step-up to the deck was loose and he rebuilt it. Theo was careful to mask and cleanup. The quote process was also well done. The quote was very specific. He kept to his timeline. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very professionally done painting & baseboards replacement of our bedroom, hallway, laundry room & bathroom. Also installed a ceiling fan/light that was also a great addition to our bedroom! Theo was amazing to work with and very accommodating and friendly. I was definitely pleased with the finished outcome!!

Theo painted a small bedroom, did some tuck pointing, installed smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and he fixed some cracks in our porch. We were very pleased with his work, he worked hard and completed his tasks in a timely manner! We would recommend him !

Theo did a great job. He was very flexible. Got right to work. In two evenings, he completed a bedroom, paint job and some masonry work on the exterior of a basement wall. He cleaned up after himself and was very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone with a household project.
