Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
This is the second project Ted and his crew have done for us. The first was a family room addition in 2015 and this summer (2021) he built us a covered patio. Both are excellent and look like they are part of the original house. I highly recommended them, their work is impeccable and they are honest and professional. Would definitely use them again!

Kitchen Remodel
Ted Whited and his crew did an excellent job on my complete kitchen remodel. He showed up as scheduled and he and his crew were very professional. When I had a problem with the cabinet manufacturer he was here for each meeting and really went to bat for me until they made it right. Bathroom Remodel
He did not listen to me on details and cut corners. For example, I wanted the light and fan wired on the same switch but he argued with me and put them on separate switches which made him have to cut into the molding around the door which does not look that great. He did not change out the electrical box for the outlet which is almond with a white cover. He ordered the shower base without a curb. He did build a curb for the shower but made us pay for the extra items needed. Basically, my biggest complaint is that he did not pay attention to details. The bathroom is not terrible, but it could have been better. I would not recommend him to a friend.

"First I did not cut corners .The home owner supplied all the materials . i reviewed every item in the bathroom with her every step . The additional switch did not cause the problem with the trim, the trim was to wide for the door the switch was in the same lacation as it was when we . The extra costs were to replace leaking shut offstarted and she had no problem when we discussed the additional switch. I did add a curb but I did not caharge any additional cost valves. I did pay attention to the details since I did not paint the room and I had to wait several days on supplies they were suppose to have ready for me when i started the project."

Ted and his crew did a great job. They kept the work area clean and were efficient in getting the job done. They kept me informed of any questions or changes that may have been required. Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We hired Whited & Sons to build a room addition and are very pleased with his detail and professional workmanship.
