I had 2500 sq feet of concrete driveway and pad that was solid but with large cracks. Every business that gave us an estimate quoted 20, 40, 40,000 dollars! I knew there had to be a better plan and ran the ad on Angi saying, “I’m looking for a concrete expert who’s not afraid to DREAM with me”! Theo called and set up an appointment to look and to dream! He carefully and thoroughly routed and ground out all crack and took his time properly rehabilitating cracks. Then, all the surface of the entire area was ground with a large commercial unit for adhesion. Then, the was “broomed” for surface traction. I don’t generally write glowing recommendations but I can wholeheartedly endorse Concrete Repair Experts! Theo will be back in the Spring to re-surface the sidewalk in front. I’ve told CRE to use this job near Nashville for others to see if they need this kind of work. Theo has saved us tens of thousands and does much of the work himself.

Theo is extremely professional, thorough with exceptional detail to his repair work. First, he called me within 30 minutes of me hitting the contact button for a quote. He came out same day, at the time he told me he would be here. He looked at the project and sent me a proposal the same afternoon. I contacted him after receiving the proposal and we set an agreed time for him to come back and make the repairs. The day of the repair job, he was on time. He did an awesome job with the two areas that needed repairing on my aggregate driveway. He cleaned up, leaving no debris behind. He agreed to return in a week to remove the form/rebar for me. If you are looking for someone who offers reasonable prices and does exceptional work, I highly recommend Concrete Repair Experts.

I was under the false assumption that me only option was to replace my driveway and got several bids to do just that. VERY EXPENSIVE! Theo placed a bid on the work and explained that my driveway did not need to be replaced and could be repaired to use for years to come with the right repairs. His pricing was very fair, and he worked hard getting everything done right. It took several days to complete the work, but he did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I enjoyed interacting with him. I would highly recommend Theo and Concrete Repair Experts for any concrete repair needs. I would call Theo before deciding to spend lots of money replacing what might be expertly repaired.
