Called and moved job up 1 week. First crew was very nice, effectent, did a great job. Second crew arrived and started setting up but didn't introduce themselves or start right away. Now I understand why they didn't start right away. I called and asked for someone to come do some clean up. That man was fantastic! Good company to work with.

I was told I would get two inches of foam sprayed and I got less then one inch in some places and some places you could still see the metal. Call the company and the owner said he had one inch at his home and it worked fine but he would send a crew out. The crew came out and said yes we made some mistakes we will have to re do most of it. Haven't seen them. Also have overspray on the front of the building and concrete . Hopefully they will be good to their word. Still waiting !!

In December of 2015 we put in a request on HomeAdvisor and chose Therma Seal to install some spray insulation in our attics. The good points: - the spray on closed-cell foam seems to have done a great job of making the upstairs room cooler and of sealing the attic. - the job was of reasonable cost. The bad points: Time - It took them several trips to get the job done. On the first trip they could do nothing because the order was written wrong and they had brought open-cell material instead of closed-cell. On two other trips they weren't able to finish the job because of equipment problems. We had to hold off continuing our remodel job for several weeks because of these problems. Overspray - there was significant overspray on the ceiling joists in the room we were remodeling so that when the builder went to put the drywall up he had to scrape down the joists. - there was overspray on a newly refinished sliding door. I would have expected anyone with an ounce of sense to cover the door. it took us hours of scraping, sanding, polishing with steel wool, and then revarnishing to get the door looking good again. - there was overspray on the antique porcelain sink that was stored in the room. The sink had been left covered up so I'm not sure what happened. The sink was easy to clean since it is porcelain but it was still a nuisance. Staples - they stapled plastic over the windows to protect them but apparently when they left they just pulled the plastic loose. I am still prying the hundreds of staples they used out of the woodwork. I would not recommend this company.

They didn't spray everything and made excuses. When they didn't have enough of the spray foam insulation they said they could not get to it.

"I don't think you are being honest here. We came to your home, we performed the work, with the exception of one small area that had been blocked by metal under your manufactured home. The only access would have been to break your skirting and so we did not do that area, you asked us to come back and we did right away, as you had opened the area up. Then you ask us to perform additional work which had we known ahead of time would have gladly done. Your lack of notice is why the additional work **not on the contract**, was not completed. And by the way you are welcome for the duct work repairs my guys performed on your home free of charge."

This was a lot more messy than expected even though they covered walls and floors with plastic tarps. The actual foam injection was the messy part since I didn't have enough space between concrete and drywall. The excess foam left marks on the walls. The wall repair is costing another big amount of money that wasn't originally budgeted. Biggest disappointment is the sound proofing value just isn't there. At best it muffled the noises from neighbors by about 10%. In my book not worth the effort and expense - I expected better.

"As stated to all customers this is a sound deadening, not sound proofing. There are very few products on the market to perform this type. On this project there was only 1.5" of space to fill which is not enough to stop sound. This was explained to customer prior to installation along with the fact that this is a messy process because of being installed from the inside on the building. I do not know what else we could have done to do this better. Sorry for the disappointment, it is never out goal. We did work diligently to do a great job but when there is limits to the installation there are limits to the results available."

it was very basic simple and the father and son team executed very well.I recommend this outfit to all the Military Families who own homes here in Florida and where ever you may own a home.You have squirels in the attic.Hire this outfit and ask for closed cell Sgt.L.p.

Every thing went great! They worked with us on money with a payment plane. I called and they came out and then 2 days later they started and finished my house. Still not sure how much money I am saving or will save because it has only been a few weeks but the work was all done to a vary high standard. I would recommend this company to any one in the market for spray foam.

After the job was done my AC was running around the clock was set at 70 and would not cool any colder than 75. I went up in the attic to take a look and found many holes most of them baseball size all over the place 4 open sofit vents. And a area of about 3 feet by 4 feet with my ridg vent open. The attic was very hot. Also my cable was knocked out they left trash up there water bottles and trash bags... Smashed up some of my duct work and knocked out a can light in my hall way. I called them they came back out and respraed 3-4 days latter. All of they other stuff i am stuck with. Never got a fallow up phone call from them!

It leaves us to only assume this is a fictitious review."
