This contractor was horrible. He quoted the job for $1,100 and I found a reputable company to do the job for $150. I am disappointed you have a company in your network that is so unethical.

"I am sorry, but we went out on a Sunday evening and the customer had a bad gas valve. We told the customer it will be about 600.00 because we had to go to Milwaukee wi to get it. She denied the repair and we charged her 79 for the diagnostic fee. I am sorry but this is a very fair price considering it was on the evening of Sunday."

"Ms. Juana gave us a call one morning for a boiler that gave no heat. We went out and accessed the unit and found the problem. We let Juana know how much it was and she agreed to the price, we then got the parts and put them in the same day. Two months later she called us thinking she was charged 89.00 more than what she was supposed too. We advised her that she was incorrect and followed up with the documentation from the work order that we had made at the time of the visit. She said we were still wrong. I told her I was sorry that she read the work order wrong."

Great customer service. My furnace went out Saturday night. I used HomeAdvisors to find a repairman. Jeremy called within minutes. He offered to come over that night but I said it could wait until tomorrow. I was wrong. The noise was so loud, there is no way we could have slept plus the temp was expected to be 14 degrees. I called Jeremy back and within an hour, he was at my door. Service was quick and professional. The job was expensive but for me, well worth the price for comfort and piece of mind. I highly recommend Thermatek Heating and Air.

They didn't have part, then told me it was going to cost $1200. I went to another contractor not with HA he said I only needed a $100 part & that's all I paid to get it doneI was disappointed with their attitude

Within minutes after my original phone someone called me back which was good since other of my phone calls were never returned They even negotiated their original proposal and showed up an hour before the appointment I am very happy with their service, price and performance

They where prompt and very efficient. He called to set up appointment and he called to let me know that he would be at my home between 15 and 20 minutes. There prices are really reasonable.

Jeremy was able to come out same day, which was great. Very honest, very candid guy, which I think goes a long way. Jeremy isn’t out to just take your money, he wants to make sure he’s providing a solution to whatever problem you may have. Overall, I’m completely satisfied and will bring Jeremy back to maintain my other units.
