Thermal Plex Corp

They installed my gutters quickly in the middle of February! They even pointed out some siding damage that we needed to be aware of but could not see from the street.

Great guy good quality workmanship but, unfortunately he gave me the wrong advice.

Richard called me back within two hours of contacting service magic. He came to my house the same day and gave me a quote. His quotw was over $500 cheaper than other companies. He came out one week later and did the job. He was there on time and completed the job within 5 hours. He took down the old gutters and put new gutters on. He also put vinyl on my soffit and facia board. The mess was cleaned up before he left. The final price was exactly what he quoted me not a penny more. He did such a good job my neighbor hired him that day to do some work on her existing gutters. He came out and did her gutters the following week. He is scheduled to replace my friends gutters this month. Overall wonderful job. I have never been this satisfied with a company before. I would recommend Richard to anyone. Thanks Robert in Livonia

Their response time was quick, and they did a good job of replacing the gutters and downspout. The only issue I had was that they did not take care of a hole in the driveway created when they removed the old downspout. It took two phone calls and 3 days before they came out and took care of it. Overall, a good job and good service.

Very prompt to return calls and answer questions. Available the same week to work within my schedule. Very reasonable prices. They are coming back to do additional work as well based on their performance.

Easy, quick, professional and fair priced!

Richard called on a Monday (the request online was made the previous weekend), and was able to come over and give an estimate on Tuesday. I was at work when he arrived, but my husband was home. When I got back that night, surprise! I had my new gutters! Richard gave my husband the estimate and when my husband told him to go ahead, he was ready to do the job right there on the spot. A few hours later, we had a drenching downpour, so the gutters got a workout right away :) They look terrific and work very well. Richard gave us a great price and did excellent work-- would recommend him to anyone!

Richard was able to provide a free estimate the same day as the request was submitted. Once we have made up our minds to go ahead with the job, he was again able to quickly schedule the gutter replacement for our home, and was at the home working as scheduled. He did an excellent job! Above and beyond expectations. I would recommend Thermal Plex to anyone who is looking for reasonable pricing, quality workmanship, dependable and reliable contractor.

Very fast Very Clean they look Great

Richard Passino called the same day as the request was made and was able to make it out the following day to provide a free estimate. Richard worked very hard to make sure our gutters where replaced quickly and that the final cost matched his original quote. Excellent work and very professional!
