I am happy to share the exceptional experience we had with Thermal Plus in Stevensville, MD and highly recommend Ashvin and his exceptional staff for their expert and expedient service. This summer during Corona Virus lockdown, my elderly parents had a homeownerâ s crisis with both their HVAC and water heater systems simultaneously failing with 100 degrees heat, stormy weather and nowhere for them to safely relocate during the quarantine. After a rapid search for contractors, I found an â HVAC angelâ who came to their rescue. Ash with his Thermal Plus crew were simply amazing! Ash proved to be a sincerely kind and professional contractor that we would recommend without hesitation. Ash immediately appreciated the urgency to make the repairs for my elderly parents and guided them with sensible product choices! The estimate for the repairs and service was very reasonable in comparison to other HVAC companies in the area for this type of job and Ash was knowledgeable about where to obtain hard to find HVAC components to complete the job ASAP. The crew was careful to maintain distance and always wore their masks when my parents were in the room! Thermal Plus set up temporary AC in the house for my parents while waiting for expedited delivery of the replacement systems and Ash checked-in to see how they were doing every day until the equipment arrived. As promised, Ash and his crew had a new system up and running within a few days and it has worked flawlessly. We are very appreciative of the service and care that went into this home repair and commend Thermal Plus for their outstanding workmanship, reliability, and expertise.

I checked the reviews before contacting them for HVAC replacement. All the reviews were very high, and after service and throughout the process, I understand why. I'm not one to provide reviews, however, the service quality, customer service and value for the money are outstanding. I referred this company to my mother-in-law for another project and even she was very pleased and nobody has has ever impressed her before, not even me. Take it from my Mother-in-law, call this company.

These guys are great! I cant say enough! They came and installed a new heat pump on the hottest/most humid day of the year (110 with humidity). They worked tirelessly and did not compromise their craftsmanship. Everything they did was with care; from selecting the best unit for my situation and cost to the little details such as soldering the copper fittings and triple checking the connections. They even went in the attic and ran a new wire. I cannot imagine how hot it was up there! They were all friendly, nice, and courteous. Most of all, they worked diligently until completion of the job. What an amazing team! I 1000% recommend this company, which is built completely on its amazing team. I've never felt so much trust with a company like this.

I had an agreement with a heating and cooling company to install a new system in my home, fortunately they did not not show up on the date agreed. I went on the HomeAdvisor web site and it was there I found Thermal Plus in the person of Ash. From my first telephone conversation with Ash he engendered a feeling of confidence that I was making the right decision contracting him to do the job, and I was not disappointed. When Ash came to do the appraisal he was honest, straight forward. knowledgeable, walked me through the process, answered all my question and quoted me a price which was substantially less that the previous company, using the same equipment they had recommended. He and his team showed up when they said they would and did their job in a quiet, clean respectful, professional manner. Based on the price the quality of the work, the honesty and integrity ash and his team showed throughout the entire process I would not hesitate to recommend them. One of the best decision I have ever made.
