John is a great guy and provided expert, cost saving, and timely advice for my project.

Sales rep was very thorough and informative. Installers were very professional and prompt. Completed in approximately 1-1/2 days.

From the initial presentation of the Enviro-Star 800 series to the clean up (less than a month) John Herman and his crew did an excellent job. They have a high quality product, answer questions clearly and are easy to work with. I will call them again.

We ordered two large dining room windows that were priced within our budget and are lovely windows although not top of the line. Installation was to occur within 6-10 weeks after signing the contract and in the 9th week I called to find out when we would be scheduled for the installation. Within two days the installer was here and completed the job in about 3 hours. The installer was very professional and courteous. Overall we were pleased with experience with Thermal Sash.

I really liked John, the salesman that came out and won us over. We interviewed 3 others for this project. There were several issues with our experience but none of them I would say make John/Therma Sash an unworthy company to deal with. 1. Of the 19 windows that were ordered 1 was incorrectly measured even though we pointed it out and he measured it twice. 2. Our install was delayed because of some other individual that was "going out of the country" when we were nervous due to the impending birth of our child. They were installed quickly once they got to it. The job was well done. We are happy with the windows. 3. The sliding glass door we ordered at the same time came warped. The installer told us the noise would go away in time but I didn't accept that and asked to have it fixed/replaced. They said they ordered a replacement door, we waited 5 weeks for it and at the end of the 5 weeks they said "oh we'll just bend it and fix it" the noise did somewhat go away but I pushed and they replaced the door finally. 4. We ordered a front door as well, about 2 weeks after we ordered the windows/sliding glass door. The order was not placed until the time of our window install which meant we had to wait another 5 weeks while it was manufactured. I'm not a big fan of placing an order and then waiting so long for it to be fulfilled, especially when they said it'd take much less time. They delivered the door and it wasn't the one we ordered. John did offer a price discount for the mistake they made. We like the door a lot and feel we were dealt with decently. I can't recommend them and wouldn't go with them in the future unfortunately. I would if it was just one small issue but so many mistakes means shoddy unfocused salesmanship. Sorry.
