"Hey Thea, thanks for the review. I understand your frustration about us not signing the lien waiver, although we have emailed you a paid in full receipt, which has always been sufficient as proof that the work is completed and paid for. As a business owner, and as real estate investor myself, I have never been asked for a lien waiver to be presented - a paid receipt is all that is needed. As I have told you numerous times, once the 60-day grace period is up for any disputes or refund requests (since you opted to finance this service) we will be more than happy to sign it. Or if you would like to pay us in cash, and then request the financial company to refund your financed charge, we will be happy to sign it at that point. We have to protect ourselves in this world full of scammers. Your frustration though, should not cause you to publicly criticize our work, as your first review you posted on another platform said you were happy with the work. Also, just to note, the house was not left unlocked; the top latch was not secure due to the lock box, but the house was in fact locked. Our team would never leave a house, vacant or occupied, unlocked. Unfortunately, in this case, we have never worked with you, were never able to speak with you on the phone, or meet you in person, which raises red flags for any business owner, especially when they are asked to waive any rights for repercussions if you elect not to pay the financed amount."
