"On first visit a break in the wire was found for the thermostat which was corrected immediately and the home heat was online within 20 minutes. Water was dripping from the relief valve for years and the customer was concerned . We found the expansion tank had failed and was the culprit for the intermittent leak . Several other parts had been replaced already by other contractors and were done in vein as they were not the problem . The customer wished to save money and replace the tank himself . A week later Theodore called and claimed we had not made the repairs needed and wanted us back immediately to fix the drip. We declined as we were in the midst off installing a boiler and there was No emergency as the drip was present for years .Theodore was not there on the first call and did not have a copy off the receipt explaining the service call details which was for a no heat call not a leak. His anger was understood as he was misinformed by his brother. Nevertheless we showed up in 45 minutes but he had already placed this negative review. Upon arrival me and my helper were disrespected , intimidated , verbally assaulted and talked down to by Theodore . Theodore was asked countless times for his copy off the receipt for proof off work on the previous call , he could not find it . He cooled down and I again offered to replace the expansion tank but he as well was inclined to replace it himself !I provided a step by step tutorial on how to replace the expansion tank and accepted his apology for his unwarranted behavior and did not charge for the second service call. We are a private business and will not tolerate this behavior or expose ourselves to it ."
